We’ve been owners at Normans Bay for over five years, and it’s truly become our favorite escape. The park is always so well-maintained, and we love how peaceful it is compared to other, busier sites. It’s the perfect place to unwind with family and friends, with the beach just a short walk away!

Normans Bay Caravan Park is a real hidden gem. We love the friendly atmosphere and the sense of community here. The fact that there are no holidaymakers means it’s always peaceful, and we can enjoy our time without feeling crowded. It’s the best decision we made, owning a caravan here!

We bought our caravan at Normans Bay last year, and it’s honestly the best decision we’ve ever made. From the moment we joined the park, we’ve felt so welcomed by the community. The location is stunning, and the quiet, owners-only atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for. It’s become our go-to place to relax and spend time with family. We couldn’t be happier with our new home by the sea!

We’ve stayed in several caravan parks over the years, but Normans Bay is by far the best. The value for money is incredible compared to other parks, and the peaceful, exclusive atmosphere is something we really appreciate. It’s a place we never want to leave!

Normans Bay Caravan Park is a true jewel on the South Coast of England. I first visited the park when I was 10 and have been fortunate enough to be back regularly ever since for the last 33 years. In all that time the park has prided itself in being a family run park. Something that is a scarce rarity among caravan parks today it seems. This is reflected in the feel and vibe of the park, with a strong feeling that it is a safe, homely environment where everyone looks out for each other. Quite honestly having the opportunity to own a caravan on the park has enriched our lives to such an extent that I wouldn’t want to imagine life without it. The freedom and connection with nature and the sea that I had as a child, and now my own children have, is unrivalled from other parks I have visited. Located along a private beach linked to the Caravan Park; it is never overly crowded with people no matter what the weather or time of year. I have lost count the number of sunny holidays I have been on the beach, only to find I was the only one there! Yet Eastbourne or Hastings are not far away allowing you to visit the more â€s easide†experience should you want it. This is made all the more accessible with a train station within a few minutes’ walk of the Park. There is even a country Pub within 10 minutes’ walk of the Park too!
